Please do not send returns here without a returns reference, as unlabelled parcels are difficult to match to an order. Request one and we will confirm where to send it.
Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Closed weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed outside these hours are dispatched on the next working day.
What to include
- Existing order: your order number and, if something arrived damaged, a photograph.
- Choosing a charging cable: the make, model and year of your car.
- Charge point or battery enquiry: photographs of your consumer unit, your electricity meter and the proposed cable route. That is usually enough for us to quote without a site visit.
- Tyres: the full size from the sidewall, for example 225/45 R18 95W.
- Trade or fleet: your company name, registered address and roughly what you expect to spend in a quarter.
