Kilowatt Works CCS2 Air Cooled Charging Cable 125A 3.5 m

The workhorse 125A assembly found on most 50 kW DC units in service today. These are service parts for charge point operators and installers. Damaged rapid cables are the single biggest cause of unit downtime in the UK, and holding one spare on the shelf turns a two week outage into an afternoon.

• Rated 125A DC continuous, air cooled
• Nominal length 3.5 metres from gland to connector
• IEC 62196-3 compliant connector with integrated temperature sensors on both DC pins
• Rated 1000 V DC, insulation tested at 2500 V
• Kevlar strain member and a polyurethane sheath rated for 10,000 flex cycles
• Supplied with gland kit, ferrules, torque values and a fitting guide

Fitting must be carried out by a competent person working to the charger manufacturer's service documentation. Isolate, prove dead and discharge the DC link before opening any cabinet.
