Kilowatt Works DC Pigtail Assembly 300A 1.5 m

The internal DC link between power stack and outlet on a rapid cabinet. These are service parts for charge point operators and installers. Damaged rapid cables are the single biggest cause of unit downtime in the UK, and holding one spare on the shelf turns a two week outage into an afternoon.

• Rated 300A DC continuous, internal
• Nominal length 1.5 metres from gland to connector
• IEC 62196-3 compliant connector with integrated temperature sensors on both DC pins
• Rated 1000 V DC, insulation tested at 2500 V
• Kevlar strain member and a polyurethane sheath rated for 10,000 flex cycles
• Supplied with gland kit, ferrules, torque values and a fitting guide

Fitting must be carried out by a competent person working to the charger manufacturer's service documentation. Isolate, prove dead and discharge the DC link before opening any cabinet.
